  been here 25 years great place for quietness. people are friendly and cold cheap beer hell you can even get a hair cut while you have a beer.

  Larry, you are a good guy but you have to clean up your rooming house at 83 St. Catherine st. It looks GHETTO!!! You have added insult to injury around here. I know you have been approached by tenants about the mess, and you ignored them. Larry is a nice guy who lets his SELFISH side paint a troubling picture of his true colors. Please try too be a RESPECTABLE business person in my St. Thomas, then and only then should you be proud of your portfolio. I think you are capable and I look forward to seeing you implement efforts in these and all areas. You have all the tools too earn 5 stars in many areas, its all about making the right choice. Take care of St. Thomas and St. Thomas will take care of you.... I promise. These are just my personal opinions. Contrary postings are welcome of course!
